Sparkling Cosmo

Our take on the iconic 90's throw back, the Cosmopolitan, with a playful twist. We focused on the tart, refreshing flavor of cranberry and fresh lime juice for this cocktail and layered it with some orange, and lightened it up by making it sparkling.
